REFUND & RESCHEDULING POLICY

No Refunds — But Always Reschedulable

All sales are final. Once payment is received, no refunds will be issued. However, all bookings can be rescheduled free of charge within 12 months from the date of purchase, subject to availability.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. That is why all bookings are reschedulable within twelve (12) months from the original date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

a) Validity Period: Your booking must be rescheduled and used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, the booking will expire and no further rescheduling or credit will be available.

b) Subject to Availability: All rescheduled sessions are subject to availability. We cannot guarantee that your preferred date or time will be available.

c) Same or Higher Value: You may reschedule to a session of equal or higher value. If the new session is of higher value, the difference must be paid at the time of rebooking. No credit or refund will be issued if the new session is of lower value.

No-Show

If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your booking will still be reschedulable within the 12-month validity period described above. However, Maison Terraē is under no obligation to remind you of upcoming bookings.

Session Packages

Session packages (4, 6, or 10 sessions) are subject to the same rescheduling policy. All sessions within a package must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions after the validity period will expire with no refund or credit.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. After the expiration date, the gift card will have no remaining value and cannot be redeemed, extended, or refunded.

Late Arrival

Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time, as classes operate on a fixed schedule and cannot be extended. No partial refund or credit will be issued for time missed due to late arrival.

Cancellation by Maison Terraē

In the rare event that Maison Terraē cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances (such as instructor unavailability, insufficient enrolment, or force majeure), you will be offered a rescheduled session at a mutually convenient time. If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative within a reasonable timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
